Where we deliver

Painted Rose offers free standard shipping on all orders to the 48 contiguous United States, with no minimum purchase. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, the District of Columbia, U.S. territories, or destinations outside this service area.

Order processing

We prepare orders for shipment within 1–3 business days. Processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Our daily cut-off is 2:00 p.m. America/New_York time (Eastern Standard or Eastern Daylight Time, as applicable). Orders received at or after the cut-off, or on a non-processing day, enter the processing schedule on the next processing day.

Transit and estimated delivery

After shipment, standard delivery is estimated to take 2–4 business days. Delivery business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Processing and transit together normally take 3–7 business days; the cut-off, weekends, and holidays affect the calendar date of delivery. These estimates are separate from any delivery estimate shown for a particular order at checkout.

Shipping costs and tax

Standard shipping is $0.00 USD within our service area. Product prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated and shown at checkout.

Address changes, delays, or delivery problems

Check your delivery address before placing an order. If you need to correct an address, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible after shipment. Please contact us if an order has not arrived as expected.

If we cannot ship within the promised processing time, we will notify you, explain the revised shipment timing, and provide the choice to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund. We will not treat an unexpected delay as permission to keep your payment indefinitely.
